Sonya Neal is a GDC-registered dental hygienist and dental therapist who works alongside the rest of the dental team in supporting and encouraging excellent oral hygiene. Her work is mainly concerned with preventative dental health and treating gum disease, helping patients keep their teeth and gums healthy through professional cleaning, tailored advice and regular maintenance.
Sonya qualified with Diplomas in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2014, having first registered with the GDC as a dental nurse in 2012. Patients describe her as gentle and thorough, taking the time to explain the best ways to keep teeth clean and to put nervous patients at ease.
